Why a film festival?
A group of Highlands residents who love film and good storytelling decided it was about time that the funkiest town on the Jersey shore had a film festival to match.
Creativity trumps big budgets!
Big budgets can create eye popping spectacles that leave you wanting. We're looking for those films that are high in originality and creativity, maybe made on a shoestring.
