 A splendid festival with a welcoming atmosphere and a solid selection of shorts. The organizers know how to make a filmmaker feel welcome, and the trophy is one of the best I've seen on the festival circuit!

 Do yourself a favor and submit here….we had an enthusiastic crowd turn up for a packed screening of The Andy Baker Tape and we were lucky enough to walk away with the COOLEST film festival trophy ever conceived. Thank you Highlands. This was a great weekend.

 It had a perfect atmosphere and setting with awesome Halloween decorations. A huge thank you to Rob Kneller and the festival team for being kind, welcoming and for awarding my short film "Momma, Don't Go" the Best Short Film award!   Highlands Horror Film Festival was a blast! From the welcoming staff to the awesome horror decor, you could really tell this festival cares immensely about independent horror filmmakers. Thank you so much to the entire team for screening our film 'For Roger' and for awarding it 'Best Debut Feature Film'!

 Huge thanks to Rob and his crew who put together a great weekend event. "Jersey Night" was the best! My favorite part of this festival was the Q&A sessions with the award winners and a chance to meet and talk with other filmmakers .....
